This is Week Number 4,632 of our #scatteredassembly! Well, that’s what it feels like, yet our God is worthy of worship. Wherever you are, watch the videos in order, sing along with each song, listen to the Scripture reading, watch the childrens’ story and message, give, then join us on Zoom at 10:30 (details emailed to the church mailing list).
Though we are currently a #scatteredassembly, we continue to worship God with all of our lives, and that includes our finances. We do not give to support the ministry of the church in order to earn God’s favor or to put him into our debt. We give as a response to the grace and mercy he pours out on us abundantly. Giving is an act of worship as it declares that our trust is God alone and not in money.
Last week’s offering was $1,223.53. The Fiscal Year-to-Date total is $91,205.65 and the Year-to-Date need is $93,054. God continues to bless us through the generosity of his people. Thank you for giving. If you’d like to give now, you may scroll up and click the “GIVE” button.
